Conference Meeting Space

Our indoor meeting spaces include Storm King Hall and Rosemary Inn, which is a national historic landmark crafted in the early 1900s. Rosemary Inn houses the dining hall, intimate fireplace alcove, natural science lab, the Fireside Room, and the Cedar Room. Looking out to the temperate rainforest, Storm King Hall has excellent acoustics and can be divided into three rooms allowing multiple groups to use the space simultaneously.

Storm King Hall

Storm King Hall is our largest and newest building on campus. It provides all of the modern amenities with a view of the old growth forest at every window. This building can be left open to create a single spacious room or divided into smaller sections for break out groups.

1. Entire building: 2,140 sq. feet
2. Right section:18’ x 28’  = 504 sq. feet
3. Center section: 30' x 38' = 1,140 sq. feet
4. Left section: 18' x  28' = 504 sq. feet

Capacity: 80-140 guests

Cedar Room

The Cedar Room is a gorgeous meeting space located on the west end of historic Rosemary Inn. It captures the historic feel of the Inn while providing comfortable meeting space for up to 70 guests. Classic windows look north to the old growth forest and south to Lake Crescent.

Fireside Room

The Fireside Room is a common space for all our guests to enjoy. It is located in the heart of Rosemary Inn and provides a space for guests to relax after a full day's worth of adventures.  

Dimensions: 20’ x 18’ = 360 sq feet
Capacity: 10-15 guests 

Amphitheater

There are several areas available around our site for your group to enjoy evening campfires. The amphitheater can accommodate 100 guests, while smaller fire rings exist for a more intimate experience.
