We pride ourselves on offering exemplary service at affordable prices. Our packages provide convenient solutions at the best rates:

• Day-use package includes lunch, 1 meeting room, and 1 room set-up
• Overnight package includes 3 meals, 1 meeting room for every 1 night stay, 1 room set-up, and overnight lodging.
  

Customize our packages for your groups needs with:

• Extra rooms for breakout sessions
• Additional food and beverages
• Internet access and A/V equipment and presentation tools
  
• Nature and team-building experiences (subject to availability)
  

If the day-use or overnight packages do not fit your needs, you may enjoy our special events and celebrations package.

Insurance Requirements

All groups must provide insurance in compliance with our insurance requirements. Headlands Institute can provide insurance for day use only, at a nominal price.

Deposit

A 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is due within 2 weeks of booking with us, along with the signed contract within 2 business days. For special events, a $250 refundable damage deposit and a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee are also required at least 30 days prior to the event.

Your Meeting Makes a Difference

Headlands Institute provides field science and environmental education to area schools. Revenue generated from meetings like yours provides scholarships for students who otherwise would not be able to participate.
