Shuttle Service
Convenient, optional shuttle transportation is available for all summer sessions. Shuttle transportation is $50 from the Bay Area Discovery Museum and $65 from Mill Valley and San Francisco.

Drop off all your campers at one convenient location!
Coastal Camp and Bay Area Discovery Museum have teamed up to offer campers of all ages opportunities to play, discover and create. The Bay Area Discovery Museum offers 14 playful Discovery Camps for campers ages 3-8 including Shipwrecks and Treasure Hunts, Summer Time Rock Out!, Creative Carpentry, and more. This summer we are offering a convenient shuttle from the Bay Area Discovery Museum to Coastal Camp. Pick-up will be at 9 a.m. and drop-off will be at 3:45 p.m. Learn more about the Bay Area Discovery Museum’s summer camps.

To Presidio Transit Center
The Presidio Transit Center is located in San Francisco on Lincoln Boulevard, adjacent to Presidio Fire Station. View a map here.
Heading North on Highway 101/Van Ness Avenue from San Francisco:
1. Turn left on Geary Boulevard
2. Turn right on Divisadero Street
3. Turn left on Jackson Street
4. Turn right on Presidio Avenue
5. Continue on Lincoln Boulevard
6. The Presidio Transit Center is located at 215 Lincoln Boulevard, adjacent to Presidio Fire Station and the bank/post office
To Manzanita Park and Ride
The Manzanita Park and Ride lot is located in Mill Valley underneath the freeway at the junction of Highways 1 and 101, across from the Buckeye Roadhouse restaurant. View a map here.
Heading South on Highway 101 from Marin County:
1. Take the CA-1 N. exit toward Stinson Beach
2. Turn right onto CA-1 / Shoreline Highway
3. Pull into parking lot entrance on right
4. Shuttle will meet campers at bus kiosk on right side of parking lot
To Bay Area Discovery Museum
The Bay Area Discovery Museum is located in Fort Baker in Sausalito near the Golden Gate Bridge. View a map here.
Heading South on Highway 101 from Marin County:
1. After the tunnel and just before the Golden Gate Bridge, take the second and last Sausalito Exit
2. Turn right and follow the road beneath Highway 101
3. Go straight after the stop sign
4. Follow signs to East Fort Baker and the Bay Area Discovery Museum
5. Shuttle parks in the south-facing gravel parking lot.
