Friday

Noon - Rosemary decorating and unloading can begin
Cabins are not yet ready for move-in.

3 p.m. - Cabin check-in can begin
Station a member of your wedding group outside (under the cabin archway is a popular spot) to welcome arriving guests and direct them toward parking. You may need to do this again on Saturday, if more overnight guests are arriving.

6 p.m. - Rehearsal dinner
We serve one entrée including a side-dish, vegetable and dessert at a buffet-style window (with a vegetarian option for the number you specify in advance). Your entrée options are: build-your-own burrito bar; teriyaki chicken with stir fry veggies; penne pasta with marinara sauce; or baked chicken with mashed potatoes. Let us know which you prefer at least two weeks in advance. Guests serve themselves coffee, tea and milk, along with any beverages you have brought.

Saturday

9 a.m. - Breakfast
One entrée, such as pancakes and sausage, French toast, or oatmeal and banana bread. Additionally, there is always fruit and several cold cereals to choose from, plus coffee/tea/milk and juice.Normally guests are on their own for lunch, but if you are interested in lunch options at Olympic Park Institute, please ask us at contracting time.Wedding Dinner - time depending on ceremony
We suggest 5:30pm as it will take time for everyone to be served. We offer one entrée from a buffet-style window, with a vegetarian option for the number you specify in advance. Our most popular entrées are Pacific salmon with roasted red pepper cream sauce or Rosemary baked chicken. Both are served with almond rice pilaf, and a vegetable with asiago cream sauce (usually broccoli). We can also provide a completely vegetarian or vegan menu, if you prefer. The wedding party provides cake.

Sunday

9am - Breakfast
A popular menu is basil-cream cheese scrambled eggs with Rosemary potatoes, biscuits, fruit, juice, coffee/tea/milk, and cold cereal selection.
